What an amazing team. I was a very stressed mum trying to find student accommodation for my daughter at really short notice (2 weeks) after her student accommodation fell through. All the letting agencies I contacted were most unhelpful only wanting to conduct business online. Hilary at B-Spoke however was the first person to actually engage in a conversation with me. She was so understanding and considerate about our situation. She really did go over and above to secure us a lovely flat in an ideal location. Our key collection and move into the flat went seamlessly even though she was away on holiday for the hand over and Chris took over the final details. The flat is amazing my daughter is settling into the flat and university and although we are 500 miles away I know she is in safe hands should there be any issues with the flat. Thank you B-Spoke for putting up with a very stressed Mum who must have driven them mad with the endless phone calls. I really cannot recommend them enough.
